I saw on your site, you have a community garden at Weiland Park. I have a piece of vacant land at 1290 Mt. Vernon Ave, that would be suitable for a community garden.

Woulld your organization be interested in such an endeavor

I have a teenager who is trying to find employment and internship opportunities for the summer. Is there any way your organization would be able to help with this?

Keisha, it looks like opportunities for teens this Summer are limited around town. Our summer internship program is full as of last week!

I have been checking various web sites to get some fresh perspective on how other comminities are meeting the challenges of the current economic picture. Your site was suggested by a former employee. We offer similar programming but, from what I see on your site, to a broader spectrum of residents.
I am in inquiring as to the extent of parental engagement. Are they connected to their children’s development through your programming? If so, what strategies were employed to educate parents on the importance of their participation? It seems that we are having a great deal of difficulty in reaching parents to take a more prominemnt role in their children’s development.
