Corporate Offerings
Many corporations choose to utilize the beauty and relaxing nature for a variety of reasons. Some organizations choose our facility because we offer team work and leadership trainings that lead to improved productivity. Sometimes businesses choose our services because we can facilitate work that improves interdepartmental collaboration, communication and morale. Below is a smattering of offerings and potential programs, please note that custom programs are available upon request!
Low Ground Initiatives- Adventure education-based team building is founded on stepping outside comfort zones and realizing personal and group potential. Low Ground Initiatives are often more mental than physical. These specialized, outcome-focused team building activities are structured so that success only occurs when the group works and functions as a team. Groups choosing this option will also be given a pre-event survey to give our facilitators insight on how the team members view themselves and each other.
A typical Half Day Session: Pre-Event Survey, Continental Breakfast, 4-hour Initiatives, post-event follow up or 2-hour initiatives and lunch. Custom programing is available.
Games Facilitation- Games Facilitation is an option for the goup who just wants to "play." This is a less formal program where groups move through a series of games together. This option allows for the group to concentrate less on the specific outcome and more on the creative, often "silly" process. Our facilitators may divide the participants into smaller teams and will direct the focus of the session towards a more active and playful experience.
Games facilitation is typically a 2-3 hour session of fun!
High ropes course: Our high ropes courses are designed for folks to push themselves, examine their boundaries and perhaps go beyond them. The ropes experience is great for sommunication, builds camaraderie between participants and is just plain FUN! We have an outdoor high ropes course that holds a maximum of 24 people and an indoor course that holds a maximum of 12 people.
Half Day Session: Breakfast or Lunch with a 4-hour rope course experience!
Indoor Activity & Conference Center: The center has two rooms which seat 40 each and can be combined to provide seating for 80. The conference space is temperature controlled and has audio/video equipment and sound system amenities. Enjoy this space for your own meeting or training agenda or combine it with our experimental activities to enhance your learning. Events can be held year round, outside when weather permits or inside our new facility.
Available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm One Room or Both Rooms. Weekends Available Upon Request
