As of March 20th it is officially spring…

ACES students are busy finishing up projects and testing before they go on Spring Break on March 29th. Spring intersession is three weeks long and students will return to school on April 22nd just in time for state testing on April 23rd.

We encourage parents to keep their students involved in learning during their break. Either by sending them to intersession April 8th – 19th (for grades 3-5 only) or by encouraging them to read daily and log on to First in Math for daily math practice.

Once we return from break there will be only 4 weeks of ACES remaining. In that time ACES students will be involved in project-based activities, mentoring, COSI enrichments, water play day, and our final family event. We will also acknowledge our Randal C. Morrison Leadership Award recipients.

We hope that all ACES parents will make it a point to attend our SYEP Registration Event on April 10th at Godman Guild from 2-7pm. All ACES students are eligible to attend our 8 week summer camp (even if they only attend for the 5 weeks that they are on break).
