Client Success Coach
The Godman Guild is currently seeking a dynamic, compassionate community minded Client Success Coach to assist us in servicing our participants and empower themselves and their families. The primary roles are to provide assessment, support, crisis intervention, goal setting, linkages to community resources, barrier reduction, and education to adults in programs to ensure continued program participation and successful transition to higher education and/or stable employment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Identify and follow up with program participants who may benefit from additional support in successfully completing programs

Attend Orientation and Success Classes to meet program participants and present information about services provided

Conduct individual assessments to establish support strategies; follow up in timely fashion and provide linkages to community resources as needed

Meet with identified program participants, assess to determine if additional support is needed, and determine what additional assistance is available

Travel to satellite locations as necessary

Assist a caseload of participants in setting and achieving goals leading to program completion and ultimately stable employment

Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress, setbacks, threats and opportunities

Link students to community resources as needed

Coordinate and facilitate support groups on barrier reduction, behavior change, stress management, or other relevant topics

Coordinate service other Godman Guild staff to ensure seamless services for participants and prevent duplication of effort

Provide crisis intervention services to program participants as needed.

Record keeping and documentation

Maintain proper paper and electronic documentation of individual and group interactions with participants in a manner that meets agency needs, passes audits and complies with state and federal laws

Meet service provision benchmarks as determined
Position requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or other human services field

Two years work experience in social work or related field strongly preferred,
-
Valid drivers’ license with no major offenses in last five years

Experience working with central city adult job seekers or adult students is preferred

Able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Must be able to work occasional non-traditional hours, including some evenings and occasional Saturday hours
This is a hybrid WFH/ in person position, currently with a majority of hours being done remotely. More in person hours are anticipated for the second half of 2022 but a significant amount of WFH in flexible hours will remain.
Federal Contractor- COVID Vaccine required.
