Client Success Manager
The Godman Guild is currently seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure success in our students and participants by providing overall supervision of Client Success Case Workers, developing and managing client support services, and implementing the Housing Now for Homeless Families (HNHF) program.
essential functions include:
A. Provide case management, support services, and career planning services for youth and adult program participants. This includes:
1. Identifying, engaging, and communicating with clients and their families throughout their engagement with Godman Guild programs.
2. Maintaining relationships with community partners, including employers, schools, and colleges to develop support case management and career planning activities.
3. Developing and maintaining career plans that include the achievement of specific goals and objectives for each participant related to their individual plan.
B. Provide direction and supervision for Client Success Case Workers/ Social Workers.

1. Develop, facilitate, and review case management and support services activities.

2. Meet regularly with Client Success Case Workers to review their caseloads, develop engagement and support plans, and provide direction.

3. Work with the Client and Data Manager to obtain and review data related to client engagement (attendance), benchmarks met, and program successes.
4. Identify patterns of barriers to success for students and other participants, and develop proposals for implementation of systems to increase student success
C. Implement the Housing Now for Homeless Families program. This includes:

1. Creating guidelines for the engagement, application, and tracking process.

2. Determining TANF eligibility and identifying the needs of clients.

3. Maintaining appropriate documentation and client records, submitting documentation and reports to the Chief Financial Officer for timely billing and reporting to funders.

4. Maintaining accurate records and submitting additional reports as required.
D. Work with HR to identify and potentially provide Staff education regarding areas of systemic barriers, cultural competency, and ongoing social change impacting students and participants
Experience and Education

Bachelor’s Degree in social work or an equivalent degree required.

Experience with case management and/or career planning required.

Managerial experience preferred.

The ability to speak Spanish or other languages is preferred.

Current certification in first aid and CPR is required (provided).

Requires intermediate computer skills and experience using office equipment.

Requires the ability to pass a criminal and child abuse background check.

Must possess a valid driver’s license with no major or DUI offenses in the past five years.
