Meet Our Executive Team
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Ellen Moss Williams has served on Godman Guild's executive team since 2004. She has directed youth and adult education and employment programs. Ms. Moss Williams was named Godman Guild's President and Chief Executive Officer in July, 2011.
Ms. Moss Williams received her BS in Business Administration from Strayer University and her MBA from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University in 2010.
Ms. Moss Williams serves on the boards for the Human Service Chamber of Franklin County and Columbus Federation of Settlements, is co-chair of the Weinland Park Collaborative and commissioner for the City of Columbus on the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC).
Jim Gill joined Godman Guild in 2005 and has been an active leader and member of the Executive Team. He was named Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer in September 2013, and Executive Vice President in 2018.
Jim is a graduate of Kenyon College and also completed an executive graduate program in Organization Development through NTL Institute and American University. He has earned numerous certifications and awards in the areas of Operations Management, Training and Development and Human Resources.
Jim’s passion for helping individuals and organizations succeed is evident throughout his career as a senior leader and executive. He has 35 years of experience helping companies, locally and globally, improve and grow.
Erin Fay joined the Godman Guild in 2013 and in May of 2018 was named Chief Financial Officer. Erin brings a broad range of experience from a career in the corporate world involving financial analysis, cash management, treasury management and information systems, and project management. Prior to joining the Guild, she was also a member of the Advisory Board for Camp Mary Orton, which is owned by the Godman Guild.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of William and Mary and a Masters of Business Administration, Finance from Xavier University.
Originally from the Toledo area, Joe has lived in Ohio for his entire life. As the son of two teachers, he was instilled with a philosophy of service towards others and has worked hard to apply this throughout his career. He received a BA in Spanish and Ethnic Studies and an MA in American Culture Studies from Bowling Green State University.
Prior to joining the Guild in 2018, he served in the higher education sector first as a grant and fund development specialist at BGSU before transitioning onward to the non-profit world. Joe has worked to serve others for over 20 years at the Girls Scouts, Habitat for Humanity, Community Action, and Metro Housing in addition to being an active volunteer with other agencies.
Joe's passion and dedication towards serving and empowering others is something that he is excited to put to use as Chief Programs Officer.
