Ikhlas Asadi

Ikhlas Asadi has been with Godman Guild since 2007. She has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, and over 15 years of experience in business and education.


Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy

Zach Matthews

Zach is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Social Studies Education. He has worked in fundraising as a database manager and fundraiser for the last seven years. Zach joined the Godman Guild in April of 2018. 


Director of Business Development and Operations

David Smith

David joined Godman Guild in 2010 as an Adult Education instructor. From 2012-2015 David served as Supervisor of Adult Education. In 2016 David became the Director of Business Development and Operations for Godman Guild and Camp Mary Orton. David majored in English and Humanities at Augustana College prior to earning his J.D. from Cornell Law.


Director of Facilities

Sean Dolan

Sean is a native Ohioan who was born and raised in Poland, Ohio. Sean graduated from Thiel College with BA in Psychology. Sean is responsible for overseeing the daily upkeep and maintenance of all of Godman Guild and Camp Mary Orton's buildings, equipment and properties. Sean has been with Godman Guild since 2001. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.


Assistant Vice President of People and Compliance

Lora Mitchell

Lora received her BA in English and MA in Industrial Labor Relations from from Indiana University of Pennsylvania prior to complete post-graduate studies in International Comparative Employment Systems in Poland. Lora has published research on the Americans with Disabilities Act. She is a native of Pennsylvania and enjoys volunteering with social justice, emergency relief, and education focused organizations.


Director of Adult Education

Jackie Wallace

Jackie is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Elementary Education and area concentration in Spanish. Jackie began her role as Director of Adult Education in June 2018. Prior to that she served as an ASPIRE teacher with Godman Guild for four years.
