We are currently seeking a Testing Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate testing services for Godman Guild’s Adult Education programs. The emphasis these programs are to provide educational and transitional services for clients seeking to enhance basic skills, earn their GED, enter post-secondary opportunities, and/or obtain employment.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


A. Work with the Adult Education Supervisor/ Manager and the Testing Center Coordinator to coordinate testing services for Adult Education participants. This includes:

 

a. Coordinating all aspects of pre, post, and practice testing including space, calendars, and staffing.

b. Preparing materials for testing sessions.

c. Working with the Testing Center Coordinator to enter new participants in DRC online testing system or update registrations for continuous enrolled participants in the DRC Online system for progress testing.

d. Proctoring testing sessions (this includes administering paper assessments as needed). This may include travel within the greater Columbus area.

e. Generating reports and sharing them with the appropriate individuals (instructors, participants, etc).

f. Preparing and updating participant portfolios.

g. Assisting participants with completing GED test applications and applying for vouchers.

B. Obtain and exhibit a complete knowledge of all test offerings.

a. Complete all required professional development.

b. Attend all trainings and seminars.

c. Read all testing documents to ensure compliance.

This position is for approximately 40 hours/ week. Work hours will vary between 830am and 830pm, will some assigned and some flexible. Much of the work is in person, but will have some done remotely/ WFH, making this a hybrid position.

 

Required Experience and Education

· Two years of experience in test administration experience, administrative experience, or experience with similar roles required. Some college preferred.

· Requires intermediate computer skills and experience using office equipment.

· Must have the ability to complete required technical training and provide technical support as needed.

· Valid driver’s license with no major or DUI offenses in the last five years.

Ability to speak other languages preferred

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $15.75 - $16.00 per hour
