We offer year-round programming that includes afterschool programming and summer employment training for young adults grades 9-12 and post high school graduation. Build the skills needed to successfully graduate from high school and craft your path towards your career or education goals through activities designed to build community, strengthen academic, social, and emotional skills, and to prepare you for your future!

Career Exploration

  • Program provides career exploration and development for youth.
  • S.T.E.M. and career exploration activities are designed to engage students in future planning and academic exploration.
  • Explore different paths from college to career through guest speakers, college tours (live and virtual), and skill specific training such as 3D printing, drone aviation, and coding, etc.
  • Work readiness and soft skill training; individual employment support is provided to teens that are actively seeking employment, training programs such as the Leadership Academy and Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services’ Ready2Earn provide a spectrum of work readiness activity such as building an employment portfolio, completion of Ohio Means Jobs electronic backpack activities, leadership skills training and practical applications, and career and college exploration.

Academic Support

  • We provide programming and supports that increase the academic success of students by providing tutoring and homework help for students, in addition to enrichment activities designed to increase math, reading, and employability skills.
  • Individualized tutoring, group support and, homework help provided.

Personal Success and Development

  • We incorporate enrichment activities such as social justice initiatives, clubs, and job skills training.
  • Focus on individualized career plans.
  • Equity-focused social and emotional learning collaborative approach which ensures resources are available to students which provides the foundation for student well-being and results in increased attendance and increased academic and social outcomes.
